Motor City's Meager Means

A pity we are picking on Detroit.
It only takes a single misaligned
And very foolish phrasing for to bind
A city to its mockery, adroit
In keeping any reason to admire
All the Motor City put together,
Waiting for a time ahead when whether
Building many cars'd make 'em fire
Most of their employees, so to live
Within a new economy, designed
To smother larger companies behind
A series of recessions. Pity; give
Detroit a pass, for Watson isn’t all
The voice remaining in the city’s fall.
